Terry "Roger" Wilson, PA, OT
Roger is an Occupational Therapist and Physician Assistant. He is a 1998 graduate of LSU Medical Center and worked in orthopedics for 9 years. Roger graduated as a Physician Assistant in 2007 and later worked in Neurosurgery for 2 years. Since 2009, he has worked in industrial medicine overseeing and treating thousands of area business employees for occupational injuries.
Roger is a valued member of our Ervexia Occupational Health team. He enjoys the outdoors, camping and boating and resides in northeast Louisiana with his wife, Jennifer, and family.
Tommie Nolan, NP
Tommie Nolan, NP, graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing. She has over 25 years of experience working in the medical field, providing specialty services for patients. Tommie is a board-certified nurse practitioner thought the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and holds additional certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Support.
Tommie is a member of the team at Louisiana Accident & Injury Care & Ervexia Occupational Health providing occupational health services and valuable healthcare to injured patients. Tommie resides in Northeast Louisiana with her husband, Bart, and 3 sons.
Dallas Humble, DC, FPSC
Dr. Dallas Humble is the founder and Clinical Director of Louisiana Accident & Injury Care in West Monroe and Co-Founder/President of Franchise Operations for Ervexia Occupational Health. Dr. Humble brings decades of experience providing patients throughout North Louisiana with primary spine care and occupational health services. This experience, accompanied with his comprehensive post-doctoral education, allows Dr. Humble to treat and manage both simple and complicated cases.
Over his career, Dr. Humble owned & operated healthcare offices in 5 different states, served as president of the Chiropractic Association of Louisiana and served as senior consultant to one of the largest publicly traded chiropractic organizations in the country overseeing compliance standards for hundreds of doctors nationwide.
Dr. Humble is originally from Monroe, Louisiana and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Palmer University in Davenport, IA. He is an active trauma team member of the Academy of Chiropractic and has been credentialed in trauma through Cleveland University, Kansas City and the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
Dr. Humble earned his Fellowship training in Primary Spine Care (FPSC ) through the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences completing extensive training in MRI spine interpretation, electrodiagnostic interpretation, impairment rating, stroke evaluation, concussion & traumatic brain injury, accident reconstruction, spinal trauma pathology, spinal neurology, spinal orthopedics, spinal biomechanical engineering and triaging the injured. In addition, he is also a FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner, Certified Occupational Ergonomist and Diplomate of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (AAAHP). Dr. Humble offers the latest techniques based upon peer reviewed research when caring for his patients, while also drawing from his many years of practice experience.
Dr. Humble enjoys archery hunting, fishing, hiking, exercising and being outdoors. He and his wife, Judy, live in Northeast Louisiana along with their sons, daughters, and grandchildren.
